TRAINED PUPPIES

Training a puppy is very time consuming, and can be frustrating at times, especially for first time dog owners. Puppies that go home at 7/8 weeks must be taken out every 2/2.5 hours to go potty, including going out in the middle of the night, for the first 6 weeks. They must also be properly obedience and crate trained, as well as socialized with other dogs and people. Cognitive stimulation is also key. This is a good deal of work, dedication and commitment. The first year of a puppy's life will greatly dictate how a puppy develops into an adult dog. FIVE KEY ELEMENTS imperative to achieving proper puppy training and behavior are, POTTY TRAINING, CRATE TRAINING, OBEDIENCE TRAINING, COGNITIVE STIMULATION, AND SOCIALIZATION. If these things are not properly addressed at a young age, the puppy will not develop to its full potential.

ABOUT OUR PUPS

All of our puppies are of the highest quality genetics & orthopedics possible, which is the foundation for a well-behaved, well-trained, HEALTHY puppy/ adult dog. Our adults are DNA tested and clear of over 200 genetic disorders through Embark DNA. Embark sets the standard in dog DNA testing.  DNA testing guarantees that the puppies are genetically clean & 100% free of harmful genetic/life threatening health conditions. All of our adult dogs are OFA hip/elbow certified and range from GOOD to EXCELLENT. We also provide copies of all DNA and OFA reports to verify each parent. All of our puppies come micro chipped & have had their dew claws removed. Our puppies go home with ALL age-appropriate vaccinations.

We offer a few stages of trained puppies, which go home between 12 weeks and 23 weeks of age, as being a Pre-Stage One, Stage One, Stage One Plus, Stage Two, Stage Two Plus, Stage Three and Stage Three Plus. Pre-Stage One puppies are pups that have not yet completed their 5 weeks of Stage One Training. Thier adoption fee is based on how many weeks of training they have been given. Generally- Pre-Stage One puppies are, at minimum, leash trained, can sit, and are started on crate and potty training. Some will know how to navigate stairs, as well as be more advanced on both crate and potty training. Please call for exact details on PRE-STAGE ONE PUPPIES. Stage One Plus & Stage Two Plus puppies are pups that have not completed the extra weeks required to become a Stage Two or Stage Three pup. Just as with Pre-Stage one pups- adoption fee is based on how many weeks of training the pup has had past Stage One, Stage Two, or Stage Three training.

STAGE ONE- Stage One Training is a beginner training course for puppies. Puppy begins training at 7 weeks of age and goes home at 12 weeks of age. STAGE ONE pups are introduced to the world the proper way- through both potty, crate, obedience training, socialization with people and other dogs, and are taught how to be well behaved, in general.  When your pup goes home, he will be leash trained, been taught crate training, know how to sit on command, go up and down stairs, will have a great jump start on potty training, and will have been socialized with other dogs and people. He will be given interactive games to play on a daily basis, which help stimulate his cognitive skill The goal is to also have your pup taught to not have to go out for a potty breaks during the night- but this varies from pup to pup- some just learn quicker!  I will send updated pictures/videos regularly and encourage one scheduled visit before your pup goes home at 12 weeks of age. NOTE: 12 Weeks is the EARLIEST a STAGE ONE puppy will go home. This varies depending on how old the puppy is when training begins. During the visits, which I generally schedule every two weeks, I will go over what your pup has learned, as well as show you how to continue his training once he goes home. Includes ALL age-appropriate vaccines and deworming's.

STAGE ONE PUPPY- $6250-$6750- INCLUDES PRICE OF PUPPY

STAGE TWO- Stage Two Training is an Intermediate program for puppies. Stage Two pups will be reinforced with what they have learned in Stage One training, plus more. Puppy begins training at 7 weeks of age and goes home at 16 weeks of age. NOTE: 16 weeks is the EARLIEST a STAGE TWO puppy will go home. This varies depending on how old the puppy is when training begins. When your pup goes home, he will be leash trained, fully crate trained, know how to sit on command, go up and down stairs, will be about 60/70% potty trained. He will have been socialized with other dogs and people. He will be able to lay down and stay. His obedience training will be continued, accelerated and advanced from that of a Stage One Pup, and is a better seasoned stage of training. I will send updated pictures/ videos regularly and encourage scheduling visits every 2 weeks. During the visits, I will go over what your pup has learned, as well as show you how to continue his training when he goes home. Includes ALL age-appropriate vaccines and deworming's.

STAGE TWO PUPPY- $9250-$9750- INLUDES PRICE OF PUPPY

STAGE THREE- Stage three training is an advanced training program. A Stage Three will receive an additional 7 weeks of training to a STAGE TWO and will be fully potty trained when he goes home. His skills learned in Stage Two training will be much better seasoned. Dogs really begins to develop mentally, at an accelerated rate, at 6 months of age. He becomes a better listener, more obedient, begins to outgrow puppy teething, and is just more manageable in general. He will also be ready for even more advanced training that can be applied once he goes home. Includes ALL age-appropriate vaccines and deworming's.

Conan is a 56% standard poodle, 27% mini poodle & 17% Labrador. He will mature to 30/40 pounds. Conan is crate trained, leash trained, can sit & navigate stairs. He is an extremely intelligent pup & from 6 weeks of age figured out how to climb out of his playpen, while his siblings just watched him- hence his name "CONAN." He is a very sweet, playful pup & a quick learner. A very curious nature aids to his above average intelligence. He has all of his vaccinations minus rabies. A couple pluses with Conan are 1- He is crate trained & does not need a 3 a.m. potty break & 2- He has had all vaccinations minus rabies, which are very costly and require appointments to & from the vet- which is very time consuming.
